For hardware manufacturers (OEMs)

Models and drivers for your hardware.

We build simulation models and ROS 2 drivers so your customers can evaluate and integrate your hardware. Add hardware validation when they need a measured comparison between the model and a real unit.

02 Scopes to discuss

Integrate, model or assess your device.

Choose a model, a driver, or both. Hardware validation and environment scenes are separately scoped services.

Deliverables and acceptance criteria are agreed in your proposal. See a sample test report.

Simulation-ready asset package

Your customers can test a model of your product in their simulator.

What you receive

  • Model files and source meshes in the agreed formats.
  • Configuration for the agreed simulator and interfaces.
  • Setup instructions and a record of checks and assumptions.

ROS 2 hardware driver

A documented ROS 2 interface, tested against the versions and hardware agreed in scope.

What you receive

  • Driver source and configuration for the agreed device.
  • Command, diagnostic and fault-handling test results.
  • Build instructions, supported versions and integration notes.

Hardware-validated twin

A measured comparison between your model and the real machine.

What you receive

  • A record of the model, hardware and test conditions.
  • Measured differences over the agreed operating range.
  • Fitted parameters, remaining limits and recommendations.

Need an environment around the device? Scene development and sample data exports can be scoped separately.

Validation

Hardware validation measures how closely the model matches your machine.

Validation is a separate service added to a model and a way to command the hardware. We run the same commands on both and measure the difference.

Each stage covers agreed effects and an operating range, with a fixed price and a report. You decide whether further fitting is needed after reviewing the results.

Measurements happen on our bench or your site, depending on the machine. The report records the conditions and remaining limitations.

Experimental reconstruction and model limitations — technical notes

What the validation report contains
  • The command profiles the real unit and the twin were driven with
  • Tracking error, real against twin, as figures and plots
  • What was fitted from the logs, and what was left ideal
  • Where each result was measured — our bench or your site
03 How it works

The work runs in three steps, from scoping call to handover.

  1. Step 1

    Scope it small

Start with a free twenty-minute scoping call. We’ll review the task and available information, then propose a scope and price. If a paid assessment is needed first, we’ll agree that with you before proceeding.

  2. Step 2

    Build and validate

The model is built from your specifications; the driver is tested on your unit. If validation is included, we compare the model with physical measurements.

  3. Step 3

    Handover

Your team receives the files, documentation and a working session to run and maintain the delivery.

You own the project-specific work. Existing components are licensed for continued use with the delivery; the quote identifies them and any third-party licences your team needs. Deposit and milestones are agreed in advance; scope changes are priced before work starts. ROS 2 version agreed during scoping. NDA on request.

Next step

Tell us about the product.

Discuss the job on a free twenty-minute call. We confirm the scope and whether a paid visit is needed before quoting.
