Follow a plywood sheet through cutting, edging, drilling, finishing and assembly into a two-door cabinet.
The concept brings the machines, handling equipment and transfers into one sequence for layout and process review.

Read the sequence
- 00:00 — Load, cut and sort. A gantry loads the sheet onto a CNC router. Eight parts are cut and sorted onto a pallet for transport.
- 00:57 — Edge banding. Panels feed through the edge bander; the doors turn for all four edges.
- 02:03 — Drilling. Supported panels are presented for fixing holes, shelf-pin holes and door hinge cups.
- 02:55 — Surface finishing. Panels pass through sanding, coating and UV stations, with a supported turnover between faces.
- 04:08 — Assembly and inspection. The panels are positioned and fastened. A mobile robot carries the assembled cabinet to inspection, where both doors open and close.
Eight parts, followed through the line.
The sides, top, bottom, back, shelf and two doors retain their identities through machining, five loaded transport legs and final assembly. Wide views show the complete handling mechanisms; close-ups show individual operations.
Checks cover sampled panel clearances, gripper contact, loaded transport and selected fixture and inspector clearances. The machinery is representative, unbranded geometry. Read selected results in the sample test report.
The current scene uses scripted motion and sampled geometry checks. Further development could add controller-connected testing and more complete collision checks.
A physical implementation would require assessment of lifting, machining, finishing, assembly and machine safety. The six-gantry layout is a sequence concept; equipment selection and cost would be assessed for the intended shop.
